ARCTIC ROLLS

....Kuigi Arctic Roll on miski, mida inglased peavad traditsiooniliselks rullbiskviidiks, siis on eesti noored andnud asjale hoopis uue tähenduse. Tegemist on küll magustoiduga, kuid rullbiskviidist on asi kaugel - tutvustame teile pannijäätiseid!

Arctic Rollsi jäätised on tehtud keefiri põhjal ning valmivad otse kliendi silma all.

Pildid ütlevad rohkem kui tuhat sõna, mistõttu ei ole põhjust pikalt valmistamisprotsessi kirjeldada, aga võime kindlasti öelda, et see näeb lihtsam välja kui tegelikult on :D

Ka meie proovisime neid arktilisi rulle teha ning tulemus ei olnud väga kaunis.

Although, an Arctic Roll is something that the English consider to be a classical brioche, these young Estonians created a completely new meaning for an Arctic roll. It is still a dessert, but it is definitely not a brioche - It's ice cream!

Artic Rolls ice cream is made of kefir and is made right before your eyes. Pictures say more than a 1000 words, so there's no need to describe the whole process of making an Arctic Rolls ice cream. We can definitely say that it's much harder to make this ice cream than it seems :D

We tried to make the rolls too, but they didn't turn out very well.

Kui tõesti peaks lemmikuid valima, siis Oreo unistus on väga kindel valik šokolaadi armastajatele. Teine lemmik oli Vägev vitamiin, sest astelpajujäätis oli kõige omapärasem kogu valikust ning kolmandaks valiks Kama kahe - kama ja keefir sobivad hästi kokku ning kama andis jäätisele mõnusa tekstuuri.

Ausaltöeldes, kõik maitsesid väga hästi, soovitame lihtsalt minna ja kõik ära proovida.

The flavors vary - there's more classical chocolaty ones and some more interesting combinations. They all tasted amazing!

Oreo Deam - oreo & nutella

Strawberry-Basil - strawberry & basil

Velvety Smoothie - blackberry & banana

Mighty Vitamin - buckthorn

Without a doubt, Oreo Dream is a solid choice for a person, who likes chocolate. It was Kertu’s nr.1 choice for sure! Silvia's favorite was Mighty Vitamin, it had a very authentic berry flavor and a nice balance of sweet & sour.

Kama ice cream was our second favorite, although we're not huge fans of kama, the flavors of kama and ice cream matched well together and kama added a nice texture to it. Strawberry-basil ice cream was one of the more bolder flavors and the taste was exactly a very true blend of strawberry and basil. To be honest, all of the Arctic Rolls tasted amazing and we recommend you go and try all of them.
